When native speakers speak quickly
"ing" can become just "in",
and "and" can become just "n",
"and it is" can become "anits".

You can practice the simple "n" by saying "cup n saucer, boys n girls, you n me" etc.

In Japanese you can sing it too as

ame doshaburi
